When our engineers come to install your connection, we’ll fit some equipment to your property and install some cables to connect you to our network. Typical installations are;
Full Fibre Installation
- Install cable from telegraph pole or underground chamber to the outside of your property (we’ll decide where is best and consult with you to find the best place if you have a preference).
- Drill a small hole into your property and connect the cable to a modem inside your property.
- Connect your modem to your router and test everything is working correctly.
Wireless Installation
- Install a wireless radio to the outside of your property.
- Install cable from radio to the inside of your property, drilling a small hole (we’ll decide where is best and consult with you to find the best place if you have a preference).
- Connect your radio cable to a power unit (injector) and router and test everything is working correctly.
