No, during your initial term the price you pay is the price you get. We believe in fair and transparent pricing and we won’t change your price whilst in your initial term period. Once you’re out of your initial term we’ll notify you of the latest deals so you can be sure you’re on the best package available. See pricing
When we are connecting properties that are eligible for free installation & setup using Government funding through a variety of schemes, there is no charge. Where properties are not voucher eligible there may be a connection fee which is normally £99.99 for a standard installation. If there is a non standard installation the costs of which will be determined after a free survey takes place. Learn more about vouchers & funding.
Don’t worry, if you are still in a contract with your current provider when we come to connect you, let us know and we can explore some options available to us to help the transition be as painless as possible.
