Broadway Partners was put into administration last week to allow us to restructure the business with the aim for it to be passed to a potential new owner who is able to take Broadway Partners to the next stage of development and continue to provide gigabit fibre broadband services to local rural communities.

Whilst this is a big disappointment for everyone at Broadway, we are continuing to trade and provide our usual services to both new and existing customers on our high-speed fibre network.

How does the appointment affect you?

Benjamin Dymant and Daniel Smith of Teneo Financial Advisory Limited were appointed joint administrators of Broadway Partners Limited on 31st May 2023.

• The Joint Administrators will continue operating Broadway Broadband/Arran Broadband as normal and continue to provide all services to our existing customers, whilst a sales process is undertaken in the coming weeks to seek a purchaser for the business.  The Broadway network remains a high-quality fibre to the home service, supported by our trained engineers and dedicated customer service teams.

• The Joint Administrators intend to continue connecting customers where an order is currently in progress and the property is ready for service and also allow new orders to be placed where there is currently a live network, however there may be a pause in the ability to onboard as a new customer whilst discussions are finalised.

• Where you have been in discussion with Broadway about a potential future supply, but you are not yet part of one of the existing live networks, we will be in contact with an update in due course, as the sale process for the business progresses. As such, please hold on to your government voucher. We are working hard to provide you with these services and our teams will be in touch on our progress to provide you with high-speed broadband services on our network.

What happens next?
