Please ensure that you are using an ethernet (wired) connection to your router to test your speed and avoid testing over a Wi-Fi connection (it can’t give us an accurate representation).
The speed of your connection can vary for a range of reasons. This could be due to usage on your local network at home (multiple devices all using the internet) or the wider UK internet or beyond. In particular this may be seen during peak times (6pm-10pm Mon-Fri and at various points during weekend and bank holidays).
