Your existing telephone/broadband line will be provided by Openreach or Virgin in most cases. We won’t touch this (we’re not allowed to anyway) and it will remain in place, entering your home into an existing telephone socket or virgin box.
We’ll install a new, dedicated fibre optic cable which will enter your home and go into small box on your wall called a modem. Your broadband router then plugs into this.
