COVID-19 Information

COVID-19 remains a part of our daily life and activities, and we have procedures that remain in place to support our staff and customers and help prevent infection and risk. This includes regular cleaning and sanitisation between & during appointments and risk assessments in place for all of our installation and engineering activities. These are regularly reviewed in line with ongoing Government guidance and company health & safety policies.

Before Installation 

When your installation is booked we’ll ask you some questions relating to COVID-19 such as if anyone is isolating or recently been infected, or to find out if anyone is clinically vulnerable. We will complete a risk assessment related to this and decide if installation can go ahead, or needs to be deferred.  Should you have any concerns please let us know when we contact you to arrange installation. 

During Installation 

Our installation teams and engineers have access to protective equipment and cleaning supplies to help maintain a clean and effective working environment. They will conduct work on the outside of your property as normal, and when conducting work inside they may ask you to wait in another room, or may be able to pass you the equipment and talk you through setup through a window or over the phone. We’ll accommodate your personal wishes and requirements wherever possible.
