Can I change the date of my bill?

We are not able to change the date your bill is taken at present. 

Our billing system creates bills on or around 1st and 14th of each month and a copy will be emailed to you. You can view them in your online account at any time too. 

Your direct debit will process the payment with your bank between 12th-16th or 28th-31st.
